This book is called Dog Man: Fetch-22. There is a character in the book called Flippy. He is a fish with robotic arms. From the prior book, Dog Man:For Whom the Ball Rolls, he was arrested because he stole a different character’s stuff. Thus, he was put into fish jail. But because of Petey’s son, Li’l Petey, writing comics for him, he learnt to be good. Suddenly, Fair Fairy the antagonist, her 22 “Supa Angry” tadpoles and a monstrous tree were destroying the city. Flippy was coincidentally let out of jail. He saw Dog Man and the others were in trouble so he came to help them.
